Production time varies with order size and custom requirements. After dispatch, international shipping generally takes 7‑15 days depending on shipping option and destination. Full timelines are confirmed on the pro‑forma invoice.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Please inspect goods on delivery. Do not refuse signature.
Send photos of damaged goods & packaging immediately for transit‑caused damage.
Hidden manufacturing defects may be reported within the 30‑day warranty.
We handle factory defects, while transit damage requires claim to the shipping carrier.
Can I order samples?
